DISASTER RESPONSE
FRANCESC MASSO is ABARI's technical consultant, all the way from Spain, helping us create our clay lab. He graduated in Architectural Technologist from the University of Girona
It has been a roller-coaster journey after the earthquake, and we are proud to have effectively collaborated with many local communities, young professionals, urban youth, policy makers and international groups in our post-earthquake activities.
Machine and Techniques that brings local people of Nepal one step closer to building their own homes.
ABARI assisted the villagers of Kulay to lay out the first 5 of 55 homes slated to be built in the coming months. Many of the villagers have experience in the construction field so the process went rather smoothly. Just like most things in the village, everyone came out to see the process and everyone contributed!
ABARI’s first rammed earth workshop was a success! The 10-day teaching was held in Bhattedanda, Dhulikhel – a village 2 hours east of Kathmandu.
Following up on our last post, here are all the details for our Permanent School's Design.
